Who We Serve

Habitat homes are built primarily for those working in the service sector, including those in education, healthcare, the food service industry and first responders. They are hardworking individuals and families dedicated to improving their living conditions and achieving stability.

Current Neighborhood Developments

Cape Fear Habitat is currently developing Haven Place and will soon begin offering homes in the upcoming Legacy Landing Phase II and Pine Grove neighborhoods.

These neighborhoods provide safe, affordable housing and create a strong sense of community. The welcoming environment and supportive residents improve the quality of life and encourage connections within the community.
